Stigliola Festival

One of the events scheduled every year in Montegiordano Centro is the Sagra della Stigliola, a typical dish based on grilled kid's entrails. An event to which the local population cares a lot because it tells the past, as a memory to be transmitted to future generations and a memory to be relived.
